Delivery timeframes

The above timeframes commence from the time your order leaves us – which is within 48 hours of your purchase. If you've placed your order over the weekend or just before a public holiday, this may make 48 hours hard to achieve but rest assured your Roodles will be winging their way to you as soon as we can. While we’ll do everything we can to meet the delivery timeframes, there are some delays outside our control such as postal service delays.

Order tracking

Our standard and express delivery services provide tracking on all orders. Details of how to track your parcel will be sent in an email once the order has been despatched.

On delivery day 

Hooray your Roodles are so close, but what if no-one is home when the delivery is attempted? In most cases the parcel will be held at your local post office for a period of time - the delivery person will likely leave you a card to advise you where that location is. If no-one can get hold of you within that period of time and you don’t collect the parcel, it will be returned to us and we’ll then contact you to arrange a second delivery.

Carbon neutral delivery

Our Australia standard deliveries are 100% carbon neutral because we use Sendle, a registered B Corp and Australia's first carbon neutral delivery service, securing carbon offsets through their partner South Pole.

Delivery to other countries 

Currently we are only set up to deliver to Australian and New Zealand addresses (excluding PO Boxes) from our Aus site. We also ship to UK addresses when the order is placed through our UK store - skip on over to www.roodlebag.com if you're after a UK delivery.
