RETURNS AND WARRANTY

Returns and exchanges

We hope you love your purchase, but if it’s just not doing it for you, or you wish to return an unwanted gift, we’re happy to exchange or refund your purchase as long as we receive it within 30 days in it’s original, unused condition. Gift cards and personalised products, however, cannot be returned.

Please note: for change of mind returns you’ll need to cover the shipping cost. If the product is faulty please contact us so we can sort out how to cover the shipping costs.

Refunds also need to be sent to the original purchaser's method of payment.

The Roodle warranty

All our products are made to last, which is why in the unlikely event you have an issue with a defect in material or workmanship within 3 months from the date of purchase, we’ll happily exchange the item for a new one.

Naturally this applies to products that have only been used for the intended use of the product, in normal conditions, and does not cover general wear and tear.

HOW DO I CLAIM?

Don’t worry – no purchase registration or any other complicated process required. If you have purchased online, we can simply look your order up in the system. If you bought in-store or from our pop-up store at a fair or market, please keep hold of your receipt as you’ll simply need to supply it as proof of purchase and date purchased.

To claim your warranty please complete the form below (or email returns@roodlebag.com) so we can assess your claim. Make sure to include:

  • the order date
  • the order number if you have it (on your invoice or order confirmation email if purchased online)
  • whether you purchased online or from a pop-up store
  • the name of the product (eg original bag in Aubergine)
  • details of the defect

We aim to get back to you within 48 hours with next steps, sometimes this isn’t possible but if you haven’t heard from us in 3 days please feel free to send us an email or give us a call to check we’re on to it.
